Jackson Square Shopping Centre is situated within the
prime central core of the town adjacent to and accessed
from Potter Street and Bridge Street, with prominent
frontage along the A1250 Causeway link road.
Jackson Square is a covered shopping centre which was
developed in 1972, refurbished in 1988 and extended in
2007. The scheme comprises 19,100 sq m (206,000 sq ft) of
retail accommodation and was extended by 9,290 sq m
(100,000 sq ft) in 2007. There are 50 retail units which vary
in size and are located at ground floor level.
Jackson Square is anchored by a Sainsbury’s Supermarket
and other major tenants include Next, New Look, Monsoon,
Wilkinson’s and Argos.
